Everything is perfect here, had a such great stay during winter. The location is great and decent, right by eateries as well as Optus Stadium, bus routes or walking distance - couldn't be better.

I had double room with windows overlooking the river and good sized bed...

A double room was with central heating, a private safe, and pay TV. It was decent sized and bathroom included a walk-in shower.

The staff - some of them were poorly trained.

Thanks very much guys for a special stay during winter. The room is well-appointed and reasonably priced for greater sound proofing, the hotel features a rooftop bar onsite. The location is comfortable and decent, the check in is easy. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to Empire Bar with nice drinks. The good restaurant for dinner is a nice plus.

The room is well priced. The hotel's staff are genuinely helpful. The location is comfortable and easy, 1 mile from Swan River. Also it is next to Optus Stadium, bus routes or walking distance, major transport and walkways and Victoria Park.

I greatly enjoyed to be there and will be back. I had 1 night in Perth, spending the time here really good. The breakfast looked great value, for moderate quality, unfortunately I were in a hurry and didn't try it. The staff was very amiable and attentive, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information.

Very very helpful and extremely helpful staff with a good portion of humor. Good food in the restaurant, great value breakfast with croissants and also a nice view.

We both loved it, the place is nicely decorated and suited us fine. The location was nice and ideal, very close to airport and Ascot✔ Racing, Optus Stadium for the footy, and outer Perth, in a very pleasant area. Also, Victoria Gardens was 2 miles away from the hotel. Everything was simply really good.

the restaurant was incredible for breakfast and dinner here, i had creative dishes. the location was comfortable, within a close distance from cracknell park. you could walk to a market and several stores.

Quaint hotel, exceptionally clean, delicious breakfast, amazing location close to activities. Exceptionally attentive staff when buying champagne to celebrate husbands birthday, brand-new and reasonably priced rooms. Comfortable beds and a safe, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. Location just next door to eating places within walking distance and the Casino and Optus stadium. Good choice of food options at a short distance from the venue.

Overall clean, brand-new hotel, I really enjoyed nicely furnished rooms and extremely helpful staff. There were delicious breakfasts with the food was located and pancakes and the location was easy.

As for me, the area was average.

Great and lovely location relatively near a classic theatre. Also, close to an event I had near by. A very positive stay that made a great weekend.
